Once the Order has been shipped, it may not be able to cancel and if the goods are to be returned must be returned in accordance with the company guidelines provided by the Customer Service Team (Please contact the number)

C. Return of Goods and Exchange Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within thirty (7) days of receipt. The product condition that you want to return must be in the same state as when delivered (original packing). The product should not be in a state of disrepair, dirty or has been washed. The product price tag is still intact.
  • You must make sure that the products delivered to us are in the same condition as when received by you and packaged properly. In this case, if the goods are returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to receive returns and send the product back to you.
  • You can process the return via the Delivery Service you choose.
  • The returned product will be exchangeable with other products. You can choose a replacement product with another product on our website for the same price

D. Damaged Products

  • If the goods you receive are damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide Order number, name and address, product details and returns, and whether you require a replacement.
  • Upon receipt of the Product, we will review it and we will notify you of your right to reimbursement or refund (if any) by email as soon as possible.
  • In the case of non-defective Product returns, we have the discretion to decide not to repair, replace or refund your money for the Product and / or we may require you to pay all shipping charges and service charges in accordance with our current standard fees and other charges for the card credit or debit, or payment details you provide to us when you make your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any loss, liability, damage fee, or any other fees.
